You Are The Light VI

1 Peter chapter 3, beginning at verse 14: "But even if you should suffer for righteousness sake, you are blessed. And do not be afraid of their threats, nor be troubled. But sanctify the Lord God in your hearts, and always be ready to give a defense to everyone who asks you a reason for the hope that is in you with meekness and fear, having a good conscience that when they defame you as evildoers, those who revile your good conduct in Christ may be ashamed."

The light of Christ within you is a testimony of the hope God always offers to everyone who walks through their day as prisoners of hopelessness. Though they may accuse you simply because of the sorrow of their behaviors, they will still be attracted by your speech, kindness, and smile.

Soon, they will ask about the reason for your hope. Be ready to answer.
