We Too Can Be Powerful Instruments

All throughout scriptural history, God has chosen the weak things of this world, and He has enacted battle plans. The battle plans of God often don't make any sense. For example, in the book of Exodus, the people of God were in captivity, depressed and hopeless. They didn't have the resources to be set free from the oppressive culture that was imposing its will upon them and harming their children.

When they cried out to God, God initiated a battle plan. God went to the back side of the desert and found an 80-year-old man who stuttered and had no access to power. He was given a battle plan to set God's people free. He was given a stick and a one-line sermon. It was God's plan to use a weak vessel to free His people.

You and I too can be powerful instruments of deliverance in our generation. When we simply say yes to God, He will give you what you need to do what you're called to do.
