We Need Power in Our Speech

In this generation, we need to find the strength of God again. Our words must be more than just another argument in a society inundated with arguments and opinions. Paul the Apostle himself said, "Your faith should not stand in the wisdom of men, but in the power of God."

If ever we needed power in our speech, we need it again today. When you and I say something that God has put on our hearts, that word first needs to go through our hearts. We need to understand what God is speaking to us, firstly, about ourselves and secondarily, about others.

We need to have faith and confidence when we speak what God is speaking to us, to believe that the things He says about others will become true in their lives. We need the power of God again in our voices. The only way I know what God is saying is to start talking to Him.

It's time to pray.
