We Must Value Truth
Psalm 15, verses one to four: "Lord, who may abide in your tabernacle? Who may dwell in Your holy hill? He who walks uprightly and works righteousness, and speaks the truth in his heart; He who does not backbite with his tongue, nor does evil to his neighbor, nor does he take up a reproach against his friend; In whose eyes a vile person is despised, but he honors those who fear the Lord. He who swears to his own hurt and does not change."\n\nAs believers, we must value truth. We must value a heart that speaks the truth. In a day where a man's word doesn't seem to carry much weight, may the fear of the Lord help us to walk in integrity. Even if it pains us to keep our word. Let your "yes" mean "yes." And let your "no" mean "no." Ask Jesus to help you to walk uprightly, live righteously and speak the truth.\n\nIt's time to pray.
