Not My Will but Yours

Remember, the will of God is not always pleasant. You and I want to craft some pleasant thing in our heart, bring this pleasant thing to God and say, "Okay, here is Your will for my life." Jesus Himself in Matthew 26:39 said, "O My Father, if it is possible, take this cup from Me. Nevertheless, not My will, but Yours be done."\n\nGod has a divine purpose that He alone has for your life. He doesn't want our plans, He doesn't need our ideas and doesn't require our strength. The divine purpose of God for your life is so far out of your thinking, that most likely you've not even thought about it yet. God says He's thinking thoughts about us, that we haven't even considered yet. We can trust Him with plans that He has for us. Remember, in order to find those plans, my brother and my sister, it's time to pray.
