Merry Christmas

I want to wish you a Merry Christmas this year. When you and I think about Christmas, quite often, especially for those of us that are still young at heart, we think of a tree, we think of giftings, we think of a banquet, a meal, fellowship and family.

I'm hoping this year, that it will cause each of us to look up to something a little bit higher than just what we experience in the natural and see with our eyes. It's a tree where God gave us the gift of His Son. It's the giftings of God beneath that tree that He promised to give each of us as we turn to Him in faith, believing that our lives will be what they're called to be. And it's ultimately the banquet feast that God is calling us to at the end of our days, where we will share in the joys and the spoils of heaven forever. It causes my heart to be glad and I'm trusting it will cause yours to be glad as well this year.
