Live for the Benefit of Others

Are you in a place where the whole sermon is just about you? How Jesus can enhance your life, make your life better, improve your self-image, help you get a better job or maybe a nicer car? If you desire to grow in the grace and knowledge of God, it's going to require God taking you by the hand and leading you out of the place of self-focus so that you may understand what the gospel is really all about. When God touches you, you begin to see other people, not just yourself.\n\nSo many today are running around looking for a special touch from God to make their own lives better. Don't claim to be touched by God if you have no compassion for the lost or for the needs of other people. When God touches our lives, compassion comes into our hearts and an empowerment that will teach us that we are to live for the benefit of others.\n\nRemember, it's time to pray.
