God Is With You

Psalm 124: “If it had not been the Lord who was on our side, let Israel now say. If it had not been the Lord who was on our side when men rose up against us, then they would have swallowed us alive. When their wrath was kindled against us, then the waters would have overwhelmed us. The stream would have gone over our soul.”

In the same way that God has established the borders of the seas, so too has He promised to protect you from being overcome by those whose speech is against you. Though their words like waves may pound against you, they have no power to erode the faith, the confidence, and purpose that He has placed in your heart.

You will be protected simply because God, the creator of all things, is with you. Remember today; the Lord is on your side.
