Give Glory to God

Matthew, chapter six, verse 13: “And do not lead us into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one. For yours is the kingdom and the power and the glory forever. Amen.”

Recently, I was reading an article from a Christian ministry, giving their analysis of some of the recent surprising events in the direction of our country. Though admittedly perplexed, they examined all of the possible reasons except, surprisingly, for one. It didn’t seem to occur to them that the hand of God might be protecting us and guiding us into a future of His forgiveness and blessing. The possibility that He had heard and answered our prayers seemed to be nowhere in their analysis.

Be careful my friends, to give glory to God for He will not share His glory with another. Remember now, it’s time to pray.
