Don't Sell Yourself Short

Psalm 40:1–2 says, “I waited patiently for the Lord, and He inclined to me and heard my cry. He also brought me out of a horrible pit, out of the miry clay, set my feet upon a rock, and established my steps.”

If you find yourself today in a pit of unbelief, a place of fear, a pit of depression, a place of addiction, God can set you free. He has a divine plan for your life, so don't sell yourself short. It's not about you or your resume. It's not about your successes or failures. It's about a heart willing to go where God asks you to go.

Cry out to the Lord today. Allow Him to establish your steps, and delight yourself in the will of God. You have been set free for a purpose so that others can know Jesus Christ. Talk to God about it today.
