Consider What I Say
Second Timothy, chapter 2, beginning at verse 6: "The hardworking farmer must be first to partake of the crops. Consider what I say, and may the Lord give you understanding in all things. Remember that Jesus Christ, of the seed of David, was raised from the dead according to my gospel."\n\nAs believers in Christ, we go through many places where we need the strength which God gives to keep our victory. In the midst of our trial, it's a comfort to know that Jesus has allowed it to come and promises to walk with us through it. The reason is simple: that we not only have something to say to those who follow after us, but also lives that are a demonstration to them that we share in the same power that raised Christ from the dead. After all, the life we now live in Him is all about others.\n\nIt's time to pray.
