Ask for the Holy Spirit

Acts 2:1–4 says, "When the day of Pentecost had fully come, they were all with one accord in one place, and suddenly there came a sound from heaven as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled the whole house where they were sitting. Then there appeared to them divided tongues as a fire and sat upon each of them. They were all filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak with other tongues as the spirit gave them utterance."

The Christian life is not meant to be lived by human energy alone. It’s to enable us to stand for God and to fulfill His purpose for our lives. God has given us His Holy Spirit. When He comes, He brings divine strength and giftings to enable us to honor Christ through our lives and reach our generation for Him.

Ask today for the Holy Spirit.
