A Light and A Smile

Matthew 18, beginning at verse two, says, "Then Jesus called a little child to him, set him in the midst of them and said, assuredly I say to you, unless you are converted and become as little children, you will by no means enter the kingdom of heaven."

When I read this scripture, I think of my eight grandchildren. They know me as “Papa.” When I tell them that we're going somewhere or that I'm going to do something for them, their eyes light up, and smiles come to their faces. They simply trust that what Papa says, Papa will do. There's no room for doubt in their hearts. I have not, and by God's grace, I will never disappoint them.

Let God speak to your heart today. Let your eyes light up. Let a smile come to your face.
