Without God, We Can Not Bear Fruit

In John chapter 15, verses 4 and 5, Jesus said these words: "Abide in me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself unless it abides in the vine, neither can you unless you abide in me. I am the vine; you are the branches. He who abides in me, and I in him, bears much fruit. For without me, you can do nothing."

We cannot honor God in ourselves. We don't have the power to live for God apart from His presence inside our lives. The only way we can show others the power of God is when His Holy Spirit is living within us, and He chooses, by His faithfulness, to manifest His glory through us. For without God, we can't bear the fruit of Heaven or the fruit of the character of Christ.

If we want to make a difference in this generation for His glory, we must abide in Him. Talk to Him today, above all.
