Welsh Revival: Confused Horses
Psalm 138, verse seven: "Though I walk in the midst of trouble, You will revive me; You will stretch out Your hand against the wrath of my enemies, and Your right hand will save me."\n\nI'm continuing to quote from an article by Oliver Price on the Welsh revival. On November 7, 1904, Moriah Chapel was filled to capacity for a prayer meeting that lasted until 3:00 in the morning. Soul winning spread through the coal mines, profanity stopped. Even the miners' horses were puzzled when their masters stopped cursing; the horses didn't know how to respond except to curse words. The request for Bibles tripled from the year before and showed no signs at all of diminishing. Churches met nightly for prayer and divisions began to be healed.\n\nJesus Christ is still the same yesterday, today, and forever. It's time to pray.
