Jesus Gives Us the Power

God loves us so much that He sent His Son to a cross to be nailed, whipped, and bruised, to pay the price for all the wrong things that we have done (and all the messes we've gotten ourselves into over the years). He went to a cross to suffer the punishment and the penalty for our sins and brought us back to our right relationship with God.

Jesus gives us the power to step out of what has become an all-encompassing circumstance in our lives that threatens to destroy us. We can start now moving towards the voice of God. And when we do that, we're going to find that we'll be given the ability to walk in places that we couldn't walk before, and walk in ways that we couldn't walk before, and do things that we were not able to do.
