An Incredible Promise

God gave Abraham an incredible promise. He told him that if he could count the stars in the heavens, that would be the number of descendants he would have. Now, Abraham would have no natural way of understanding the greatness of God's promise.

God told him that he would become a great nation. We know that would be the nation of Israel. God also said that the world would be blessed through him. Now he didn't know that the Messiah would be born through Israel, and through the Messiah, the Church of Jesus Christ would be born.

We are ultimately the fulfillment of what God promised Abraham, that the world would be blessed through us. We are the people that God sends into the darkness to bring light. We must tell the world of God's incredible promise through Jesus Christ. Start talking to God today.
